Broadband service providers and their legal teams have invested significant time, expertise and costs in developing building access agreements that would maximize value on behalf of the provider. In order to avoid unnecessary withdrawn of important rights, developers must carefully review draft contracts and be prepared to negotiate, if necessary, modifications to protect the interests of the owner. Similarly, owners should not sign an access agreement that does not provide for termination of the agreement if the owner-supplier relationship becomes furious. A contract that does not allow for a duration (or non-renewal) is not much better than a contract of indefinite duration.
About This Game
Yes Chef! Is a new game for foodies. It is basically a combination of Chutes & Ladders + Trivial Pursuit which uses an iOS device (iPad / iPhone / iPod Touch) to access a database of questions and outcomes.
This blog is intended as a sort of diary of the development of the game, and to provide an opportunity for anyone interested in the game to contribute to it.
